Because of the many tasks and responsibilities associated with running a fully functioning equine facility, there are inherent opportunities for people to learn the skills and attitudes necessary for individual achievement and personal success whether their goal is future employment, gaining new knowledge, or simply for enjoyment.

We try not to categorize the supports that are provided at the Equestrian Center, but strive to provide what is necessary for each person to accomplish the things that are important to them. Caring for our herd of horses and the equestrian facility can provide learning opportunities in animal health and nutrition, herdsmanship, time management, basic maintenance, team work, dependability, following specific instructions, and physical labor. The approach is all about individual accomplishment which leads to collective success.
